UPDATE: Transocean Posts Wider Q3 Net Loss

reported a wider Q3 loss. Transocean posted a quarterly net loss of $381 million, or $1.06 per share, versus a year-ago loss of $32 million, or $0.10 per share. Its adjusted earnings from continuing operations came in at $1.37 per share, while revenue rose to $2.44 billion from $1.99 billion. Transocean shares fell 0.11% to close at $46.06 on Friday.
