Direct Line Posts Drop In Q3 Pretax Profit

Direct Line Insurance Group PLC reported a drop in its Q3 pretax profit. Direct Line's quarterly operating profit fell to GBP123.7 million, from GBP128.3 million, in the year-ago period. Its pretax profit declined to GBP82.4 million, from GBP107.7 million.
