Wall Street expects Gartner (NYSE: IT) to report its Q3 earnings at $0.35 per share on revenue of $377.28 million. Gartner shares gained 2.67% to close at $47.65 yesterday.

Starbucks (NASDAQ: SBUX) reported upbeat fourth-quarter results and lifted its profit outlook for the fiscal year. Starbucks shares jumped 7.49% to $50.11 in the after-hours trading session.

Analysts are expecting Chevron (NYSE: CVX) to have earned $3.40 per share on revenue of $72.56 billion in the third quarter. Chevron shares rose 1.11% to close at $111.46 yesterday.

Priceline.com (NASDAQ: PCLN) reported a 27% surge in its profit for the third quarter. Priceline shares surged 9.54% to $642.00 in the after-hours trading session.

LinkedIn (NYSE: LNKD) reported better-than-expected third-quarter adjusted earnings. LinkedIn shares climbed 7.96% to $115.35 in after-hours trading.
