Sany Heavy Q3 Profit Drops 59%

China's Sany Heavy Industry Co Ltd posted a 59% drop in its Q3 net profit. Sany's quarterly net profit fell to 714.2 million yuan ($114.29 million), from 1.73 billion yuan, in the year-ago period. However, analysts were expecting a profit of 1.3 billion yuan. Sany's overseas sales climbed 50% y/y.
