today announced financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2012. Second Quarter Financial Highlights Net revenue increased 18.0% to $19.7 million, as compared to $16.7 million in the second quarter of 2011. Gross profit increased 18.7% to $3.6 million, as compared to $3.0 million in the second quarter of 2011. Operating expenses as a percentage of revenue declined to 14.6% as compared to 18.0% in the second quarter of 2011. Operating income was approximately $0.7 million in the second quarter of 2012, versus approximately $27,000 in the second quarter last year. Net income for the quarter was $0.4 million, or $0.03 per basic and $0.02 per diluted share, compared to a net loss of $0.1 million or ($0.01) per basic and diluted share in the second quarter of 2011. Cash and cash equivalents were $17.5 million at June 30, 2012.
