PTT Exploration Q1 Net Profit Jumps 64%

PTT Exploration & Production PCL PEXNY reported a 64% rise in its Q1 net profit. PTT Exploration's quarterly net profit surged to US$588.8 million (THB18.29 billion), versus US$359.5 million. Analysts were expecting a net profit of US$523.6 million. For the January to March period, PTT Exploration's total revenue jumped 26% to US$1.63 billion, while expenses climbed 13.7% to $797.3 million. PTT Exploration shares closed at $11.25 yesterday.
