Hot Topic HOTT is currently trading up significantly after reporting impressive earnings and boosting the company's dividend by 14%.

Transcend Services TRCR is set to be acquired by Nuance Communications NUAN for about $300 million in cash.

Brown Shoe Company BWS is trading lower after reporting disappointing earnings.

Immersion Corporation IMMR is trading down nearly 3%. Traders may have anticipated that the company's feel technology would be included in the new iPad that was announced yesterday.

Most Discussed

Apple AAPL almost always appears at the top of the list, but chatter on the company may be up further still after Apple announced the new incarnation of its iPad yesterday.

Netflix NFLX bounced back this morning after moving lower yesterday. Apple had announced that it would begin streaming HD video, which may have prompted some traders to fade Netflix.

Amazon AMZN is trading nearly flat on the session. There had been a fair amount of chatter circulating that Apple would introduce a 7 inch tablet to compete with Amazon's Kindle Fire yesterday, but Apple opted not to enter that market (at least at present).

Google's GOOG is always a popular stock on social media. Google is currently trading near $610.

Deckers Outdoor DECK is trading down slightly on today's session. Sterne Agee lowered its price target on the stock, as did Stifel Nicolaus.
