UPDATE: RR Donnelley Posts In-Line Q4 Profit

swung to a fourth-quarter loss. R.R. Donnelley posted a quarterly loss of $327.6 million, or $1.78 per share, versus a year-ago net income of $27 million, or $0.13 per share. Its adjusted earnings came in at $0.46 per share. Its shares outstanding dropped 13% to 183.6 million. R.R. Donnelley's net sales rose to $2.72 billion from $2.71 billion. However, analysts were expecting a profit of $0.46 per share on revenue of $2.75 billion. R.R. Donnelley shares closed at $13.24 yesterday.
