TNB shares gained 0.43% to close at $57.95 on Friday. ABB Ltd ABB announced its plans to acquire Thomas & Betts Corp for $72 per share in cash or around $3.9 billion. TNB shares gained 0.43% to close at $57.95 on Friday, while ABB shares fell 0.28% to close at $21.24 on Friday. Analysts expect Wolverine World Wide Inc WWW to report its Q4 earnings at $0.46 per share on revenue of $409.6 million. WWW shares fell 0.24% to close at $37.96 on Friday.
