Lions Gate Entertainment Corp (NYSE: LGF) announced its plans to acquire Summit Entertainment for $412.5 million in cash and stock. LGF shares fell 1.26% to close at $8.60 on Friday.
Analysts are expecting Citigroup Inc (NYSE: C) to have earned $0.59 per share on revenue of $18.6 billion in the fourth quarter. Citigroup shares fell 2.72% to close at $30.74 on Friday.
Walter Energy Inc (NYSE: WLT) lowered its Q4 earnings forecast. WLT also cut its output estimate for the year. WLT shares dropped 5.15% to close at $58.75 on Friday .
Analysts expect TD Ameritrade Holding Corp (NASDAQ: AMTD) to report its Q1 earnings at $0.26 per share on revenue of $672 million. AMTD shares declined 2.16% to close at $16.30 on Friday.
