Christopher & Banks Corp (NYSE: CBK) reported a wider FQ3 loss. It posted a quarterly loss of $28.2 million, or $0.79 per share, versus a year-ago loss of $9.2 million, or $0.26 per share. Its revenue climbed to $123.9 million from $120.9 million. CBK shares dropped 2.55% to $2.29 in the after-hours trading session.
Rambus Inc (NASDAQ: RMBS) signed a patent license deal with Broadcom Corp (NASDAQ: BRCM). RMBS shares jumped 12.57% to $8.24 in after-hours trading, while BRCM shares gained 0.77% to $30.00 in after-hours trading.
Eastman Kodak Co (NYSE: EK) announced its plans to sell its gelatin business to Rousselot. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. EK shares surged 19.05% to $0.750 in after-hours trading.
Flextronics International Ltd (NASDAQ: FLEX) reported that its board has authorized an additional share repurchase plan. FLEX shares dropped 0.69% to $5.78 in the after-hours trading session.
Praxair Inc (NYSE: PX) reported that its subsidiary Praxair Distribution Inc has agreed to acquire Houston, Texas based Texas Welders Supply Company. PX shares rose 0.55% to close at $105.73 yesterday.
