reported a 52% surge in its first-half profit. Imagination Technologies' adjusted pretax profit for the period came in at 15.3 million pounds ($23.9 million). Its revenue climbed 28% to 56.3 million pounds. Imagination Technologies reported pretax profit of 10.4 million pounds, versus analysts' estimates of 10.1 million pounds.
