swung to a profit in the fourth quarter. D.R. Horton posted its quarterly earnings at $35.7 million, or $0.11 per share, versus a year-ago loss of $8.9 million, or $0.03 per share. Its revenue climbed to $1.1 billion, from $926 million. However, analysts were expecting earnings of $0.14 per share on revenue of $1.1 billion. D.R. Horton shares closed at $11.66 yesterday.
