, a leading global licensor of 3D technologies, today announced the Company's financial results for the three and six months ended September 24, 2010. Second Quarter Fiscal 2011 Results For the second quarter of fiscal 2011, RealD reported net revenue of $65.3 million, compared to $38.7 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2010, an increase of 69 percent. GAAP net loss attributable to common stockholders for the second quarter of fiscal 2011 was $5.1 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, compared to a GAAP net loss attributable to common stockholders of $5.4 million, or $0.22 per diluted share, for the second quarter of fiscal 2010.
