Vanguard Natural Resources Increases Quarterly Distribution by 2% to $0.57

Vanguard Natural Resources, LLC

announced today that its board of directors has declared a cash distribution attributable to the first quarter of 2011 of $0.57 per unit ($2.28 on an annual basis) payable on May 13, 2011 to unitholders of record on May 6, 2011. This represents a 2% distribution increase from last quarter and a 9% increase from the first quarter of 2010. Based on Vanguard's closing unit price on April 28, 2011 of $32.95 and an annualized distribution of $2.28 per unit, new investors can earn an attractive tax-deferred yield of approximately 6.9%.
