Tennant Company Increases Quarterly Dividend to $.17

Board of Directors authorized a 21 percent increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend to 17 cents per share from 14 cents per share. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2010, to shareholders of record on November 30, 2010.
