Sky-mobi Announces Partnership Agreement With Jiayuan

Sky-mobi Limited MOBI today announced that it has entered into a partnership agreement with Jiayuan.com International, operator of the largest online dating platform in China. Under the terms of the one-year agreement, Sky-mobi will collaborate with Jiayuan to develop a Sky-mobi-Jiayuan dating software application to be operated on Sky-mobi's Maopao mobile social network. The program will offer a wide range of dating and social networking features. Over the course of the agreement, the companies will also work together on promotions and user development. Mr. Michael Song, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sky-mobi, stated, "This collaboration with Jiayuan builds upon our open platform strategy as we continue to expand our network of leading content partners.
