Cherokee Inc. Signs Exclusive License in Mexico for Sideout Brand

Cherokee Inc. (NASDAQ: CHKE) announced today that it has entered into an exclusive license agreement for its SIDEOUT brand with Tiendas Soriana S.A. de C.V. The multi-year agreement covers a wide range of categories including men's, women's and children's clothing, footwear and accessories.

Founded in 1968, the company is Mexico's second-largest retailer, with approximately 465 hypermarkets in more than 135 Mexican cities.
