Moelis & Co MC shares touched a new 52-week high of $31.375. Moelis declared a special dividend of $1.25 per share. Bank of America initiated coverage on Moelis with a Buy rating.
Neustar Inc NSR shares touched a new 52-week high of $33.425 as the company agreed to be acquired for $33.50 per share in cash by a private investment group led by Golden Gate Capital.
F5 Networks, Inc. FFIV shares reached a new 52-week high of $145.69. Citigroup upgraded F5 Networks from Neutral to Buy.
RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. RICK shares reached a new 52-week high of $16.01. RCI Hospitality reported Q4 adjusted earnings of $0.31 per share on revenue of $33 million.
