CLARCOR Inc. CLC shares gained 16.8 percent to touch a new 52-week high of $82.30. Parker-Hannifin Corp PH announced plans to buy CLARCOR in a $4.3 billion deal.
Dana Inc DAN shares reached a new 52-week high of $17.83. Deutsche Bank upgraded Dana from Hold to Buy and raised the price target from $16.00 to $20.00.
Anadarko Petroleum Corporation APC shares reached a new 52-week high of $70.42. Stifel Nicolaus upgraded Anadarko Petroleum from Hold to Buy.
CSX Corporation CSX shares touched a new 52-week high of $36.33. On CNBC's Mad Money, Jim Cramer said that he likes CSX.
