The worst performing industries in the market today are:

  • Drug Related Products: This industry slipped 1.6 percent by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was ProPhase Labs Inc PRPH, which fell 3.4 percent. ProPhase Labs shares have surged 32.05 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has increased 9.08 percent in the same period.
  • Photographic Equipment & Supplies: This industry declined 1.6 percent by 11:00 am with GoPro Inc GPRO moving down 1.6 percent. GoPro shares have declined 44.11 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 9.08 percent in the same period.
  • Long Distance Carriers: This industry fell 1.4 percent by 11:00 am ET. General Communication, Inc. GNCMA shares dropped 1.9 percent in today's trading. General Communication shares have dropped 12.48 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 9.08 percent in the same period.
  • Internet Service Providers: The industry dropped 1.2 percent by 11:00 am. The worst performer in this industry was TrueCar Inc TRUE, which declined 1.2 percent.
