Stocks Hitting 52-Week Lows

 

  • Intra-Cellular Therapies Inc ITCI shares fell 63.4 percent to touch a new 52-week low of $15.49 after its lead product candidate, ITI-007, failed a late-stage study in schizophrenia. Apparently, the drug couldn't beat the placebo, nor could it equal the performance of the active control risperidone.
  • Acorda Therapeutics Inc ACOR shares reached a new 52-week low of $21.56. Acorda Therapeutics shares have dropped 14.70 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 15.25 percent in the same period.
  • Alcobra Ltd ADHD shares dropped 56.3 percent to touch a new 52-week low of $2.02 after the company disclosed that the FDA has placed a full clinical hold on its IND applications for MDX in ADHD and Fragile X Syndrome. The company reported that it has received verbal notice of the clinical hold from the FDA.
  • Internap Corp INAP shares touched a new 52-week low of $1.70. Internap shares have tumbled 70.22 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has increased 15.25 percent in the same period.
