  • Enphase Energy Inc ENPH shares fell 23.4 percent to $1.28 in pre-market trading after disclosing restructuring and cost reduction initiatives, which are expected to result in annualized savings of approximately $20 million. The plan includes an 11 percent reduction of the company’s global workforce and the elimination of some non-core projects, at a cost of $3 million. Management said it has plans for a public offering of common stock, although the size is yet to be publicized.
  • Catabasis Pharmaceuticals Inc CATB fell 15.8 percent to $4.21 in pre-market trading after the company reported the pricing of 2.5 million shares offering of common stock at $4 per share.
  • IntelliPharmaCeutics Intl Inc (USA) IPCI shares fell 9 percent to $2.09 in pre-market trading after surging 23.44 percent on Thursday.
  • 8Point3 Energy Partners LP CAFD shares fell 5.5 percent to $14.37 in pre-market trading after the company priced an underwritten public offering of 7,000,000 shares at $14.65 per share.

  • Facebook Inc FB shares fell 2.8 percent to $126.50 in pre-market trading after the social media company disclosed it vastly overestimated the average viewing time for video ads on its platform. According to The Wall Street Journal, Facebook said in a post on its "Advertiser Help Center" that the metric it uses to count as a video view is artificially inflated because it only factors in video views of more than three seconds.
