  • Insys Therapeutics Inc INSY rose 9.4 percent to $17.91 in pre-market trading as the company reported that its Buprenorphine Sublingual Spray Phase 3 trial has met primary endpoint.

  • Skullcandy Inc SKUL shares fell 2.7 percent to $6.25 in pre-market trading as the company disclosed that it has entered into a new merger deal with Mill Road Capital. The company also terminated its deal with Incipio.
  • Canadian Solar Inc. CSIQ shares fell 2.5 percent to $13.12 in pre-market trading. Barclays downgraded Canadian Solar from Overweight to Equal-weight and lowered the price target from $24.00 to $14.00.
