announced Monday, that the companies have entered into a merger agreement, with SolarCity surviving the merger as a wholly owned subsidiary of Tesla. SolarCity shareholders will receive 0.11 shares of Tesla common stock for each share of SolarCity common stock they hold. The Board of directors of Tesla determined that the merger was in the best interests of Tesla and its shareholders. SolarCity closed at $24.72 on Monday, down 7.42%.
Transocean to Acquire Transocean Partners LLC in All-Stock DealThe Deal

announced Monday, that Transocean has agreed to acquire all of the outstanding common units of Transocean Partners not already owned by Transocean in a share-for-unit merger transaction. Under the agreement, Transocean Partners common unitholders will receive 1.1427 Transocean shares for each Transocean Partners common unit. The deal is expected to close in Q4 of 2016. Transocean Partners closed at $11.97 on Monday, up 9.62%.

announced Monday, that it has entered into a definitive agreement and plan of merger with Fortune Solar Holdings Limited and Red Viburnum Company Limited , a wholly owned subsidiary of Fortune Solar, under which TSL will be acquired for $11.60 per ADS in cash. The implied equity value is approximately $1.1 billion. The merger is expected to close during Q1 of 2017. Trina Solar closed Monday at $10.33, up 25.21%.

on Monday. Inc. Revel was valued at approximately $500 million in 2015. Revel and IBM declined comment on the report. IBM closed Monday at $161.45, up $0.33.
