Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. UCTT has reaffirmed its revenue guidance for the second quarter on Friday. Accordingly, the Company expects revenue to be at the high end of its $123 to $128 million guided range for the quarter. Street analysts are looking for revenue of $125.16 million.
Ultra Clean Holdings also disclosed it would release its financial results for the second quarter on July 28 after market close and will host a conference call the same day.
The company indicated that the conference call would take place at 1:45 p.m. PT and could be accessed by dialing 1-877-870-4263 (toll-free) or 1-412-317-0790 (international).
Ultra Clean said an audio replay of the conference call will be made available about two hours after the call and would remain available for 7 days.
Shares of the company traded 3.89 percent down on Friday.
