Limoneira Company LMNR, a leading agribusiness with prime agricultural land and operations, said that its board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share. On an annualized basis, this would work out to $0.20 a share. The dividend provided a yield of 1.10 percent.
Limoneira said that the dividend would be payable on July 15, to stockholders of record on July 5, 2016. The company has been boosting its dividend rate for two straight years. Its five-year dividend growth rate was 8.98 percent.
Shares of the company traded down by 3.10 percent on Friday.
