Dunkin Donuts Addresses Customer Complaints With New App

In spirit of #NationalDonutDay and on point with the latest fast-food app trend, Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc. DNKN announced the launch of its new app.

The mobile-based platform will allow customers to place an order, pay for it through the app, and cut lines to get the coffee, extra speedy.

The app allows customers to place an order up to 24 hours in advance and payment is automatic once you enter your card information.

According to Business Insider, Dunkin CEO Nigel Travis expressed his excitement for the app launch.

“This is ground shaking. I think it's the biggest service change since we introduced drive-thru. I'm so excited about this, it's tough to put it in words."
