The worst performing industries in the market today are: Small Tools & Accessories: This industry slipped 2.7 percent by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was Toro Co TTC, which fell 7 percent. Toro reported better-than-expected Q2 earnings, but missed analysts' sales estimates. The company also issued a weak earnings forecast for the current quarter. Investment Brokerage - Regional: This industry declined 2.6 percent by 11:00 am with Oppenheimer Holdings Inc. (USA) OPY moving down 2.6 percent. Oppenheimer shares have dropped 41.09 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has declined 3.90 percent in the same period. Building Materials Wholesale: This industry fell 2.5 percent by 11:00 am ET. BlueLinx Holdings Inc. BXC shares dropped 4.1 percent in today's trading. BlueLinx Holdings shares have tumbled 36.52 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has slipped 3.90 percent in the same period. Foreign Regional Banks: The industry dropped 2.3 percent by 11:00 am. The worst performer in this industry was Itau Unibanco Holding SA (ADR) ITUB, which declined 2.4 percent.
