Callon Petroleum shares have surged 46.32 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has declined 3.70 percent in the same period. Incontact Inc SAAS shares reached a new 52-week high of $13.895 after the company agreed to be acquired by Nice-Systems Ltd (ADR) NICE for $14.00 per share in cash.. Venaxis Inc APPY shares gained 20.77 percent to touch a new 52-week high of $5.35. MGT Capital reported a 5.01 percent stake in Venaxis.
