Nonmetallic Mineral Mining: This industry declined 2.3 percent by 11:00 am with Hongli Clean Energy Technologies Corp CETC moving down 9 percent. Hongli Clean Energy Technologies shares have tumbled 81.12 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has dropped 2.76 percent in the same period.
