Fossil Group Inc FOSL shares fell 34.79 percent to $26.15 in pre-market trading as the company reported downbeat results for its first quarter and issued a weak earnings forecast for the current quarter.

Staples, Inc. SPLS fell 16.60 percent to $8.64 in pre-market trading following announcement of termination of merger agreement with Office Depot. Staples said in its press release the decision to terminate the proposed merger follows the recent ruling of a U.S. District Court of Columbia which granted the Federal Trade Commission's request for a preliminary injunction to block its acquisition of Office Depot.

Macy's, Inc. M shares fell 6.16 percent to $34.70 in pre-market trading. Macy's reported better-than-expected Q1 earnings, but missed analysts’ sales estimates. The company also lowered its forecast for the full year.

Walt Disney Co DIS shares fell 5.20 percent to $101.10 in pre-market trading as the company reported weaker-than-expected results for its fiscal second quarter.
