's Google, a WSJ report said citing Neil Kleiman, a professor of policy at New York University. http://www.wsj.com/articles/yelp-google-hold-pointers-to-fix-governments-1462766463 According to the report, Matt Lira, senior adviser for House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, says "the gap between the government's information technology and the private sector's has grown larger than ever." But, the government is unlikely to catch up soon. The report said the Government Accountability Office last year estimated that about 25 percent of the federal government's 738 major IT investments—projected to cost a total of $42 billion—were in danger of significant delays or cost overruns. The WSJ report cites Estonia as an example of providing best e-governance services. However, Americans are unlikely to accept a unified national ID system as in Estonia.
