PTC Inc PTC revealed the commencement of $500 million aggregate principal amount offering of its senior notes due 2024. According to the company, it plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay a portion of the amounts outstanding under its bank credit facility.
PTC said the offering would be made only by means of a prospectus supplement and an accompanying prospectus filed as part of an effective shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form S-3.
The company appointed J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as book-running manager for the offering. The co-managers to the issue included: Barclays Capital Inc., Fifth Third Securities, Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., RBC Capital Markets, LLC, RBS Securities Inc., Santander Investment Securities Inc., SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., TD Securities (USA) LLC, The Huntington Investment Company and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc.
Shares of the company traded 0.6 percent lower on Friday.
