Simulations Plus Declares $0.05 Cash Dividend

Simulations Plus, Inc. SLP revealed that its board has declared its next ongoing quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share to its shareholders. The company added this cash dividend would be distributed on May 9 to its shareholders. It has fixed the record date of May 2 for the purpose of determining the shareholders name.

The company's Chairman and CEO Walt Woltosz said, "This dividend declaration is a continuation of the Board's plan to distribute a cash dividend of $0.05 per share per quarter. Of course, the board always has the discretion of discontinuing, increasing, or decreasing the dividend in accordance with the cash needs of the business."

On Friday, the stock traded lower by 0.47 percent.
