First Data Unveils Unveils Clover Online Store

First Data Corp FDC launched Clover Online Store, which is a complete online solution managing everything be it website design or creating a virtual shopping cart. At the same time, it would also facilitate safe and secured transactions.

First Data said Clover Online Store would be available from May and would be offered free to business owners until the end of the current year.

The company's President, Guy Ghiarello, said "Clover Online Store provides business owners with an ‘all-in-one' integrated solution that includes shopping cart functionality, web design and all of the business management features that come with Clover. Better yet, Clover Online Store is backed by First Data, the eCommerce industry leader that powers 28% of global online transactions."

First Data said that the integration between Clover Online Store and a Clover POS device enables a business owner to monitor sales on one platform irrespective of whether the transactions take place online or in-store. The company stated that with Clover Online Store, business owners could offer their customers the omnichannel shopping experience that customers expect today.

Shares of the company traded higher by 0.15 percent.
