Tyler Technologies Signs Deal With Washtenaw Country For Its ERP Solution

Tyler Technologies, Inc. TYL revealed that it signed a deal with Washtenaw Country for its enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution. The company indicated that the deal included implementation and support apart from the related professional services. The company stated that County leaders sought the ERP system, which would expand the automation usage to remove paper-based processes and boost reporting capabilities. Aside from that, it would support employee decision making. Tyler said that the country wanted to change its legacy ERP solution since it was not able to support modern apps required to offer high-quality customer service and accommodate the growth. Tyler Technologies said that Washtenaw Country did a thorough review before selecting its Munis apps that included financials, payroll and human resources. The app would help the southeast Michigan County to streamline workflow and at the same time enable better communications across multiple departments through consistent and timely access to data. The stock traded up 0.08% on Tuesday.
