Priceline Group Inc PCLN disclosed it would announce its financial results for the first quarter on May 4 before the market opens. It would hold a conference call on the same day at 7:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
Analysts expect Priceline Group to deliver earnings of $9.64 a share and $2.12 billion revenue for the first quarter. In the past four quarters, its earnings always exceeded analysts' estimations between 3.9 percent and 7 percent.
The company indicated the conference call would be webcasted live at ir.pricelinegroup.com, and the audio would be available for replay on the website for seven days after that.
Priceline Group indicated that it would post a release on its Investor Relations website ir.pricelinegroup.com at approximately 7:00 a.m. ET on May 4.
On Tuesday, the stock traded higher by 1.68 percent.
