Shares of Entravision Communication EVC were trading down more than 7.4 percent on Friday’s after-hours session, although no particular news transcended since the market closed. Actually, the decline looked like a correction of the 5.6 percent gains registered over the week.
Also tumbling in after-hours was Colfax Corp CFX, which was down almost 5 percent since the bell rang, in what also seemed like a correction of the 2.99 percent surge the stock experienced over the regular trading session.
The Credit Suisse AG - VelocityShares 3x Long Silver ETN USLV, which seeks to replicate three times the S&P GSCI Silver Index Excess Return SPGSSIP, lost 6.79 percent during Friday trading, on falling silver prices, and continued to plummet, an extra 3.5 percent, in after-hours. Silver lost more than 2.3 percent on Friday trading.
Harmony Gold Mining Co. (ADR) HMY rose 2.2 percent on Friday, even though gold prices dropped. However, the stock lost 3.7 percent in after-hours trading, in what also seemed like a correction of the surge seen during the day.
Yet another stock experiencing a correction after the bell was Bruker Corporation BRKR, which lost 2.75 percent in after-hours, after having gained 4.5 percent during the day.
