Stocks Hitting 52-Week Lows

TerraForm Global Inc GLBL shares fell 20.80 percent to touch a new 52-week low of $1.98. TerraForm Global said in an 8K that its annual 10K filing will be delayed beyond March 30. TerraForm Global identified material weakness in internal controls over financial reporting primarily due to SunEdison's ineffective controls over accounting consolidation and reporting system that it relies upon. Gevo, Inc. GEVO shares fell 40.70 percent to reach a new 52-week low of $0.273. Gevo reported the pricing of 4.72 million unit offering at $0.35 per unit. Gevo reported a Q4 loss of $(0.44) per share on revenue of $7.3 million. Puma Biotechnology Inc PBYI shares dropped 22.73 percent to touch a new 52-week low of $27.33 after the company issued an update to the timeline for the filing of a new drug application. Puma Biotechnology will submit the NDA for neratinib in mid-2016. According to a press release, the decision was based on the company's recent meetings with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Sunedison Inc SUNE shares dropped 44.21 percent to touch a new 52-week low of $0.703 in reaction to a Wall Street Journal report that the company is facing a Securities and Exchange Commission investigation.
