Investors should watch shares of Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc PNK and Gaming and Leisure Properties Inc GLPI ahead of the Missouri Gaming Commission meeting on March 23, an analyst on Wall Street said on Tuesday.
The meeting is expected to consider the application of Pinnacle's real estate deal with Gaming and Leisure.
Last week, Pinnacle Entertainment said it got the approval of the Nevada Gaming Commission for its real estate transaction with Gaming & Leisure Properties.
The company has now obtained required gaming regulatory agency approvals in four of the six states. The approvals from Missouri and Louisiana are still pending.
As such, the Wednesday's meeting is potentially significant for Pinnacle and Gaming & Leisure and their shares, which are expected to react upon the outcome of the meeting.
