Kinder Morgan Inc KMI shares rose 1.55 percent to $18.35 in pre-market trading after falling 3.58 percent on Tuesday.

Expedia Inc EXPE shares gained 1.22 percent to $117.69 in pre-market trading after dropping 0.10 percent on Tuesday.

Kellogg Company K rose 0.55 percent to $75.50 in pre-market trading. Goldman Sachs upgraded Kellogg from Sell to Neutral.

Peabody Energy Corporation BTU shares fell 37.58 percent to $2.50 in pre-market trading as the company said it may need to voluntarily seek protection under Chapter 11 of U.S. Bankruptcy Code.

Sunedison Inc SUNE shares fell 16.99 percent to $1.71 in pre-market trading as the company further delayed its 10K filing.

TerraForm Power Inc TERP shares fell 14.98 percent to $8.97 in pre-market trading as the company further delayed its 10K filing.

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. CMG shares fell 5.53 percent to $475.00 in pre-market trading. Chipotle reported a 26.1 percent drop in same-store sales for February, versus a 36.4 percent decline in January. The company projected a Q1 loss of $1 or more per share.

CyrusOne Inc CONE shares fell 3.48 percent to $38.50 in pre-market trading after the company reported a 5.5 million share offering. CME Group announced a deal to sell suburban Chicago data center in Aurora, Illinois to CyrusOne for $130 million.
