Shares of InterDigital, Inc. IDCC gained more than 2 percent Monday morning after the company revised its fourth quarter guidance higher.
InterDigital said in a press release it now expects its total fourth quarter 2015 revenue to fall in a range of $107 million to $111 million. The company previously guided its total fourth quarter revenue to be between $89 million and $91 million.
InterDigital noted that the revised guidance includes the impact of a new patent license agreement that the company signed during the quarter and the collection of outstanding payments from a prior technology solutions customer.
