Wilshire Bancorp shares have surged 18.21 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has declined 2.93 percent in the same period. Office Supplies: This industry tumbled 1.4 percent by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was ACCO Brands Corporation ACCO, which fell 1.2 percent. ACCO Brands shares have dipped 16.35 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has declined 2.93 percent in the same period.
