and JAB Holding Company, announced Monday, that the companies have agreed that a JAB-led investor group will acquire Keurig Green Mountain for $92.00 per share in cash, for a total equity value of about $13.9 billion. The deal is subject to a vote of shareholders of a majority of Keurig Green Mountain's outstanding shares and is expected to close during Q1 of 2016. Keurig Green Mountain rose more than 72% Monday, closing at $89.06.
Icahn Proposes to Acquire Pep Boys for $15.50/ShareThe Offer

Icahn Enterprises CEO Keith Cozza, sent a letter to Pep Boys

on Monday, proposing to acquire the auto parts retailer for $15.50 per share in cash. The letter stated that the proposal was not subject to any due diligence, financing or antitrust conditions and that it was clearly superior to Bridgestone's $15.00 per share offer. Icahn disclosed a 12.12% stake in Pep Boys on Friday. Pep Boys rose 2.36% Monday, closing at $16.06.

announced Monday, that it has entered a merger agreement with LoveWorld and FutureWorld Inc., to be acquired for $5.04 per ordinary share and $7.56 per ADS. The deal is currently expected to close no later than Q1 of 2016. Jiayuan.com closed at $7.33 Monday, up 4.68%.
