." Air Liquide had announced on November 17 that it was acquiring Air Gas for $143 per share in cash. APD had offered $60 per share for AirGas in 2010. Airgas rose $0.10 Tuesday, closing at $138.30.
Perion Networks Acquires Undertone for $180M in Enterprise ValueThe Deal

announced Tuesday, that it has acquired cross-screen advertising solutions provider, Undertone, for $180 million in total enterprise value. The deal is all-cash and will be financed with approximately $91 million in cash from Perion, $16 million as a holdback, payable in 18 months, $3 million payable in installments over the next 18 months, plus $20 million, bearing interest, due in 2020. Perion closed at $2.40 Tuesday, up 8.6%.
