Genocea Biosciences Inc GNCA shares dipped 30.84 percent to $5.00 following announcement of suspension of development of GEN-004. Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation GLDD shares fell 25.52 percent to $3.97. Great Lakes reported that it has initiated a review of potential strategic alternatives. The company has withdrawn its FY15 EBITDA forecast and also reported the retirement of CEO Jonathan W. Berger. Qumu Corp QUMU dropped 10.71 percent to $3.25 after the company announced CEO transition. Qumu reported that Vern Hanzlik will succeed Sherman Black as CEO effective October 19th. Unilife Corp UNIS fell 9.51 percent to $0.950. Unilife reported that it has added financing of up to $10 million from OrbiMed. The company will further reduce its workforce by 8 percent. Morgan Stanley MS shares declined 6.24 percent to $31.83 after the bank reported weaker-than-expected earnings for the third quarter. Cempra Inc CEMP shares dropped 5.70 percent to $18.19 after falling 27.97 percent on Friday. Transocean LTD RIG shares dropped 3.33 percent to $15.38. Transocean is expected to report Q3 earnings on November 4, 2015.
