Foreign Money Center Banks: The industry dropped 1.8 percent by 11:00 am. The worst performer in this industry was Barclays PLC (ADR) BCS, which declined 3 percent. Barclays' trailing-twelve-month ROE is 2.06 percent. Regional Airlines: This industry tumbled 1.8 percent by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was SkyWest, Inc.
