RBC Capital maintained Memorial Resource Development with a Outperform and lowered the price target from $24.00 to $23.00 Ambarella Inc AMBA shares fell 2.01 percent to $65.60 in pre-market trading after declining 6.33 percent on Monday. Darden Restaurants, Inc. DRI dropped 1.92 percent to $68.92. Darden reported better-than-expected results for its fiscal first quarter and lifted its earnings forecast for the full year. GoPro Inc GPRO fell 1.33 percent to $31.84 in pre-market trading after dropping 8.19 percent on Monday.
