Gilead Prices $10B of Senior Unsecured Notes

on Wednesday, announced the pricing of senior unsecured notes in an aggregate principal amount of $10 billion, in an underwritten, registered public offering, consisting of six tranches: $1,000 million of 1.850% senior notes maturing in 2018 $2,000 million of 2.550% senior notes maturing in 2020 $1,000 million of 3.250% senior notes maturing in 2022 $2,750 million of 3.650% senior notes maturing in 2026 $1,000 million of 4.600% senior
